The color menu is built around packages. Full Custom Color is a full head of teasy-lights or balayage that is meant to last 12 weeks or more, and it includes a root smudge, gloss, blowout and style. The Halo Package adds lightness around the front and back hairline with the same finishing steps. Custom Color Maintenance uses a partial foil to keep existing highlights or balayage fresh. The Root Color Package covers gray or deepens the base without foils, and the Solid Color Package applies one shade from roots to ends for clients who want no dimension. The Express Refresh Package works on previously lightened hair by taking out brassy tones, adding vibrance or going slightly darker. Color prices listed on the site are starting prices, and the salon notes that toner does not lighten hair.
Extensions begin with a detailed consultation so each installation is planned for the client. Sew In Weft works with any hair type, offers the most coverage and is the most adjustable method; the hair can be reused for six to twelve months with maintenance every four to nine weeks. I-Tips are individual strands attached with a bead that can fill sparse areas or create a full change, and they can be reused for six to twelve months with maintenance every four to nine weeks. K-Tips are lightweight, flexible fused strands that can be colored to match, and they are replaced every three to six months with no maintenance between. Tape-ins lie flat, suit any hair type and are best for clients who wear their hair down most of the time, with maintenance every four to six weeks. Extension prices are estimates, methods can be combined, custom coloring of extensions costs extra, and extension costs are nonrefundable.
Hair services include women's haircuts and styling and blowouts. Add-on treatments are the Metal Detox Treatment, the Herbal Hair and Scalp Treatment and K18 Repair and Renew.
Memberships are the Luxe Membership at $89 per month and the Xtra Luxe Membership at $199 per month. Both include a welcome gift bag, a free birthday blowout booked within seven days of the birthday, and member-only promotions. The Luxe level gives 10% off retail products and add-on treatments, while the Xtra Luxe level gives 15% off retail, 20% off add-on treatments and 10% off extensions. The Beauty Bank banks monthly deposits toward future services and retail with no expiration date. Members can cancel any time after their first two months with no fees, and there are no long contracts or hidden fees. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
