The menu is hair only and centers on relaxed and natural hair. Options include relaxer touch-ups and first-time relaxers, natural silk presses, the STS smoothing treatment for natural hair, protein treatments for shedding or breakage, women's haircuts, and weave removal. Color and highlights, including partial and full high-lites, are also available. Shampoo and conditioning are included in every service, and a $20 consultation is offered, which is credited toward a same-day booking.

Booking and payment are flexible. Clients can text to request another time if their preferred slot is full, and after-hours appointments are available for a fee of $75 to $100 when booked by text after 6:30 PM or on an off day. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Deposits range from $30 to $300 depending on the service, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Cash and card are accepted, with a processing fee on card payments.

Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with Monday and Sunday closed. Weekday hours vary, and Saturday is a shorter day.

The space is set up for one-on-one service, so each visit is private.
