Color is the largest part of the menu. Options include toner, root retouch, vivids, all-over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, custom vivids and natural color services. Natural color services start at $50 and generally take 120 minutes or more, while vivids start at $65 and take 210 minutes or more. Color corrections are priced at $65 per hour.

Other services include haircuts, bang trims, detangling, braiding, perms and lightening. Detangling is priced by the hour starting at $100 and includes a haircut and style afterward. Perms start at $90 for a short cut, with the price rising with length and thickness, and a consultation is needed first.

Clients can book a free consultation or test strand before a first appointment. Deposits run from $10 to $40 depending on the service, with full highlights or balayage at $40. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients can message their stylist at any time about an emergency.

Booking rules are clear. A fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 50 to 100 percent of the service with no exceptions. Pixies, short stacked cuts and angled bobs are not booked as haircut services. The salon is open Monday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Tuesday through Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.

Two membership plans are offered. The Haircut, Style, and Wax membership costs $500 per year and covers as many prepaid appointments as a client wants during the year. The Unlimited Color, Cut, and Wax membership costs $750 per year and covers salon services for the year. Membership benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout when services are booked on the services page.
