Sugaring is the core of the business. Body sugaring is presented as a sugar-based alternative to waxing, and the studio also offers Brazilian, bikini, brow and face sugaring, with a separate service for male anatomy. The sugar paste is made from sugar, lemon juice and water and is served warm rather than hot. Waxing is also available for clients who ask for it.

Skin services include facials and the Herbal Peel, a corrective treatment for concerns such as hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, congestion, uneven tone, texture and dullness. A first visit includes a skin consultation and a treatment plan, and peels can be done once or monthly, including in summer.

The studio shares guidance for getting the most from each appointment. Clients are asked to exfoliate gently beforehand and arrive with clean, dry skin free of powders, lotions and deodorant. Between sugaring visits, the studio recommends waiting two to four weeks depending on the area and avoiding razors and depilatory creams. Sugaring cannot be done on sunburned skin, and clients are advised to avoid sweaty activity for at least eight hours afterward, hot tubs and pools for two days, and sunbathing or tanning beds for 48 hours before or after. The studio does not guarantee permanent hair removal, though it says regular sugaring often leads to permanence. Clients who are on their period can still be sugared with a tampon, or they can reschedule.
