The facial menu is built around customized care. The Signature Silk Facial is a 60-minute European-style facial that can be adjusted to each client's skin concerns and is recommended for first-time guests. It includes a consultation, skin assessment, deep cleanse, extractions when needed, a corrective mask, a neck and shoulder massage and finishing products. Dermaplaning is a 60-minute treatment that uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin and fine peach fuzz, and it is not ideal for clients with active acne or texture. The Oxygen Rx Treatment is a 70-minute facial using controlled oxygen, intended to support skin cell turnover, calm inflammation and reduce acne-causing bacteria. The Luxe Lift Treatment runs 75 minutes and is described by the studio as a non-invasive facelift, using enzyme exfoliation, a firming peptide mask and microcurrent massage.

Brow services are the other core of the menu. Brow lamination relaxes the brow hairs to set their shape, and the hybrid tint applies a stain that lasts on the skin for about 5 to 10 days; the studio notes that lamination holds for several weeks. Services can be combined, such as lamination with tint and wax in a 90-minute visit, or lamination with wax in 60 minutes. Maintenance is best booked three to six weeks after a lamination. A patch test is recommended at least 48 hours before any brow tint or lamination and is recommended for first-time brow chemical clients. Clients must book a patch test before any chemical service, or it is considered voluntarily waived. Clients who cannot be waxed for skin reasons can choose tweezing instead.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, brows and full face, with combination options. Facial and brow treatments require a $30 deposit when booked. Clients should complete the consent form soon after booking, which is sent by text or email. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee, no-shows are charged the full service, and clients running late should contact the studio directly, as appointments may be canceled after 10 minutes.
