The sugaring paste is made only of organic sugar, lemon juice and water, with no wax, no resins, no artificial additives and no chemical preservatives. It is applied at body temperature and removes hair at the root in the direction of growth, and it dissolves and rinses away with warm water. The studio says its sugaring is gentle and safe for all body zones and sensitive skin types, and that its face sugaring suits rosacea-prone and highly reactive skin. Results typically last three to five weeks, and the studio recommends booking every four to six weeks.

Body sugaring covers arms, legs, underarms, hands and fingers, toes and feet, back, belly, chest, shoulders, buttocks and nipples, with pricing starting at $20. Bikini sugaring removes hair just outside the standard panty line, while the extended version goes a little further inward. The Brazilian service lets clients choose how much hair to remove from the full pubic and perianal zones, and it includes the butt strip. Face sugaring covers brows, lip, chin, sides of the face, neck and full face, and it is customized to skin needs and brow shape. Men's sugaring covers chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, the Manzilian area and full torso, and men can book several services or combine them into one full-body session.

Facials are built around Mad Hippie skincare formulas. The Glow & Go is a 30-minute facial, the Lift & Glow is a 30-minute facial using microcurrent, red light therapy and high frequency, and the Signature Glow options run from 50 to 60 minutes. The 60-minute Plus and Platinum versions add one or two enhancements chosen from red light, microcurrent, high-frequency and gua sha. A Signature Back Facial is also offered.

Before a visit, clients are asked to let their hair grow to roughly 1/8 to 1/4 inch, which typically takes three to four weeks after shaving. Exfoliating 24 to 48 hours ahead and arriving with lotion-free skin are both recommended. Afterward, the studio suggests loose cotton clothing and avoiding intense sweat, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, swimming and sun tanning for 24 to 48 hours. Once that period passes, gentle exfoliation two or three times a week, plus daily moisturizing, is advised to help reduce ingrown hairs. Walk-ins are taken when the schedule allows, but booking ahead is strongly encouraged.

Memberships include the Sun Membership at $68 per month for one Brazilian, the Wave Membership at $78 per month for one Manzilian, and the Glow Membership at $99 per month for one Brazilian and one Glow & Go Facial. Memberships bill monthly whether or not the client visits. Members receive 20% off other services and 15% off retail products. Packages of three or six of any one service or facial receive 10% and 20% off, and they do not expire.
