The salon names balayage, curly hair, relaxed low-maintenance styles and bright color among its specialties. Curly cuts are done using Ouidad and Rezo techniques for clients of all ages, and clients are asked to identify their curl type when they book. Requests for a named curly cut specialist are handled by email, where clients can send photos and a phone number.

Prices are set by stylist level, running from New Talent Artist up through Lead Atelier Director, so the same service costs more with a more senior stylist. Most haircut and color prices are starting rates, with an extra charge for long or thick hair, and final color cost depends on hair length, thickness and condition. Corrective color, ombre highlights, balayage and full foil highlighting begin with a consultation that covers technique, cost and upkeep.

Facials are built around HydraFacial and the Repechage range, with series packages available for several treatments. A décolleté add-on can be added to any facial but must be booked before the appointment rather than on the day. Blowdry Society is a monthly blowout membership that includes three blowouts, 10% off products, member pricing on additional services and a birthday-month perk.
