The spa's sugaring service is a natural hair removal method made from sugar, lemon and water, applied in the direction of hair growth. The spa describes it as a gentler option than traditional waxing that may help reduce breakage. Sugaring is offered for the lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, face, bikini and Brazilian areas, and for brow shaping. Hard and soft wax are available if requested ahead of time.

Brow and lash services include brow tinting, brow shaping, lash tinting, and a lash lift with tint. Lash tint is listed as lasting up to four weeks, and the lash lift and tint are listed as lasting four to six weeks.

The Glow Club Founding Membership is priced at $99 per month for the first 20 members, and that rate stays in place while the membership is active. Members get one customized facial each month, 10% off additional services and skincare products, a birthday perk, and facial credits that roll over for up to 60 days. Memberships require a three-month minimum, are billed monthly to the card on file, can be paused once per calendar year for up to 30 days, and are non-refundable. After the founding places are filled, the rate will be $119 per month.

Clients are asked to keep a valid card on file to reserve appointments. Clients with allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions, those using retinol, prescription vitamin A or exfoliating acids, and pregnant clients are asked to let the spa know before their appointment. Virtual skincare purchases are non-refundable.

For events, the spa offers on-location lash, brow, sugaring and mini hydrating facial services at the chosen venue. Event bookings require a minimum spend and a non-refundable reservation fee to hold the date. Travel is included within a designated service area, and additional travel fees may apply beyond it.
