The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. It is closed Saturday through Monday. Haircut cancellations need 24 hours' notice and color cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Cancellations without enough notice are charged half the service fee. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and abbreviated services are charged the full service fee.
