Lash extensions come in four styles. Classic adds a single extension to each natural lash, and it is the style most first-time guests pick. Hybrid mixes classic and volume placement. Volume attaches 3-6 lightweight extensions to each natural lash, while mega attaches 6-10. All extensions are made from a synthetic material with a silky finish. Guests book a full set once few or no extensions are left, which takes up to two hours. Fills, typically needed every 2-3 weeks, take about an hour. If roughly half the extensions are still in place at a fill, the artist will recommend a full set instead. Most clients come back about every 4 to 6 weeks, with the timing shaped by how fast their natural lashes grow.

Lash lifts are offered as a Korean lash lift with tint for $130, which lasts up to six weeks and takes about an hour. The formula is cysteamine-based and uses no glue. It lifts natural lashes without extensions and gives a stronger lift than a classic lash lift, suiting lashes that are straight or point downward. A Korean lash lift and brow lamination duo is priced at $220. Brow lamination on its own is $130, sets brows for 6-8 weeks, and can include waxing.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 3pm, and select Sundays by appointment. Allow 90 minutes to two hours for a first appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows without notice are charged the full service cost to the card on file. Refunds are not offered. A client who is unhappy with a service can call within 3 days for an adjustment, which does not apply to mini fills.

The studio says its products and adhesives are premium and aimed at long-lasting results. Aftercare is part of the service, with new lashes kept dry for 24 hours and oil-based products kept off the eyes.
