Sugar Island is at 16450 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 10, in Huntington Beach. It is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM, and it is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. The waxing menu covers the brows, lip, chin, side burns, nose, underarms, stomach, bikini, French bikini, inner thigh, bootycheeks, arms, chest, legs and face, with or without brows. Most single-area waxes are between $13 and $65, and a full leg is $115. A full arm wax starts at $65 and takes 25 minutes or more, and a half leg, above or below the knee, takes about 30 minutes for $55.

Brazilian services are the most varied part of the menu. A full Brazilian starts at $75, a Membership Brazilian is $65 and is for members who rebook every four to five weeks, and these must be prebooked. Membership appointments booked later than that interval are charged the regular price. An In House Brazilian Discount is $30, and a Brazilian discount option at $0 is for first-time clients only. A First Time 2 Brazilian Package is $100, which works out to two Brazilian services at $50 each.

Brow services include brow shaping at $26, eyebrow tinting at $30 and brow lamination at $80, which requires a $25 deposit. Lash services include a lash tint at $30, a lash lift at $90, a lash lift with tint at $110 and a Korean lash lift from $120. The Korean lash lift uses copper peptide for a softer result and takes 70 minutes or more.

Glow Girl Wednesday is $35, uses an 8-hour solution and is offered only on Wednesdays. A Groupon discount spray tan is also available. Skin care includes dermaplaning, which removes the top layer of skin and fine vellus hair from the face, offered at $70 for 50 minutes.

Booking policies: if a first-time client does not show, that client cannot book further appointments. Last-minute cancellations may carry a small fee depending on the service, and new clients who do not show are charged that fee, including on discounted services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts, and gift card sales are final.
