Facials include a customized HydraFacial at 90 minutes, which combines double cleansing, dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, LED light, radiofrequency and microcurrent, and finishes with a custom mask. A 75-minute customized facial uses many of the same steps without the HydraFacial, and a microcurrent and radiofrequency facial uses low-level electrical currents and radio frequency energy. Men can book a facial with ear and nose waxing, and LED light can be added to facials or lash services.

Hair removal is a large part of the menu. Sugaring uses a paste made of sugar, lemon and water, and the studio offers Brazilian and Manzilian sugaring, touch-ups, bikini and facial sugaring, arm, leg and full body sugaring, alongside waxing for smaller areas. Full leg sugaring starts at $110 and is all-inclusive, with no tipping expected. A female full body package covers legs, arms, Brazilian and underarms for $250, with a stated regular value of up to $320. A Brazilian package gives five Brazilian services for $325 with a sixth free, including a 20 percent gratuity, and credits apply automatically at checkout when booking as usual.

Lash extensions include classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Classic extensions are synthetic and placed one by one on natural lashes, while volume extensions add several lightweight extensions to each natural lash. Fills are offered at two and three week intervals, and a full set is required if less than 40 percent of lashes remain or more than four weeks have passed since the last visit. Lash lifts and tints, and removal with a lash glue remover, are also offered.

Booking requests are sent by text to 512-426-6055. The calendar is typically booked two to three weeks ahead, and clients can ask for a waitlist spot for the upcoming week. A card on file is required to book; without one, a deposit of 75 percent of the service price is due before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the service price, and no-call no-show appointments are charged the full price to the card on file. Appointments outside studio hours carry an extra $25 fee. Hours are Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and Sunday closed. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.

The Sugar Hill Training Method is a two-day hands-on workshop for aspiring estheticians, priced at $2,500 with a $500 deposit for new clients. It covers lash extensions, sugaring, waxing, lash lift and tint, brow design, facial techniques including dermaplaning and HydraFacial machine use, and business topics such as pricing, payments, taxes and client retention. The studio says classes are small, use real models and include continued mentorship.
