Sugaring is the core of the menu. Paste made from sugar, water and lemon is applied against the direction of hair growth and removed with it. The studio says its paste contains no chemicals and is edible, and that it lifts hair about the length of a grain of rice or 1/8 inch and longer. Most body services need 1.5 to 3 weeks of growth since the last shave, and a first body appointment asks for at least 2 weeks.

Facials, brow and lash services sit alongside hair removal. The Chanla Signature Glow Facial is a 75-minute treatment that uses Chanla skincare. The Custom Blend Facial is a 60-minute treatment that starts with a skin analysis and is tailored to a client's concerns and goals, using Hale & Hush skincare. Red light therapy can be added to any facial for an extra fee.

Booking is by appointment, and walk-ins are not available. Every sugaring client completes a waiver, which can be signed online before arriving. Online booking is offered for some professionals, while others take bookings by text. The studio accepts cash, check and major credit cards. Each service is priced individually, some services need a consultation for final pricing, and prices may change.

The studio uses natural products for clients whenever possible and starts with a consultation before treatments.
