About

The sugar paste is made from sugar, lemon juice and water, and is described as vegan and cruelty-free. It is used at body temperature rather than heated like wax, and the business says sugaring is less painful than waxing for most clients and leads to fewer ingrown hairs. Brazilian sugaring is listed from $65, or $45 for a first visit, and takes about 30 minutes.

Spray tans are hand-sprayed airbrush-style rather than applied in an automated booth. Solutions are organic and chosen to match each client's skin tone, undertone and Fitzpatrick type for the event. Options include ultra-dark, rapid-develop, sweat-resistant and hydrating formulas, and a full body custom tan takes about 15 minutes at $65. A bridal 3-tan package, used within 6 months, suits trial, rehearsal and wedding-day tans.

Skin brightening is offered for underarms, bikini line, inner thighs, booty, back of neck, full face, full chest and other areas. Brightening uses the Bryght system, which the business describes as all-natural and antioxidant-rich, and treatments offer one to three shades per session. The Bright Babe Front-to-Back bundle is $300 and covers the bikini line, pelvis, labia, anal area and inner thighs in one 75-minute session.

The studio's airy front room has a snack and drink nook, and it also offers private treatment rooms and a separate room dedicated to spray tans. Appointments are required and can be booked online or by texting (949) 200-8169. Most services require a small deposit when booked. Opening times are Monday 11am to 5pm, Tuesday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 2pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, and the studio is closed on Sundays. Guests travel in from Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar, Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley.
