A visit usually starts with a consultation. Most treatments have a complimentary consultation, and a virtual consultation tool offers personalized treatment recommendations. The in-depth first visit covers medical history and treatment goals, and any required exams or lab work can be done then. Many treatments can be discussed and started the same day, and for many the first treatment is completed at that consultation. Patients can bring notes on current medications and skincare products. For skin treatments, clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing and arrive without makeup. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early. The practice does not take walk-ins, but it offers evening and weekend appointments, and clients may request a specific provider or bring a friend.

Services are grouped into injectables, skin rejuvenation, skincare and other products, hair and body care, wellness, and weight loss and body contouring. Membership plans called 5 Years Younger, 10 Years Younger and 20 Years Younger offer discounts on products, pellets, neurotoxin units and fillers, and the 10 and 20 year plans include a Myers Cocktail IV. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other specials. The free SBD Rewards program lets members earn points by checking in at visits, and the practice also lists the Aspire Rewards program by Galderma and the Allē Rewards program by Allergan.

The practice does not accept insurance. It accepts cash and credit cards, and financing is offered through Cherry, CareCredit and Affirm. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a $75 fee. Hours are Tuesday 10:00am to 7:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 7:00am to 1:00pm, Thursday 7:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. Treatment plans and wellness programs are built around each patient's goals, anatomy and needs, with every step explained before treatment and ongoing support as goals change. The business says each staff member is medically trained and does not follow fad diets, using education, lifestyle changes and medical therapies.
