Dr. Tami Horner is an MD and co-owner of Success by Design. She has been certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 2004. In 2013 she finished board certification and fellowship training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine. She serves as a proctor and mentor for Biote, training other providers in the Biote Method of hormone optimization. She holds Legacy Partner status as a Biote provider. She also has specialized training in aesthetic treatments, including Botox and Dysport.
