The menu centers on two areas: customized facials and full body waxing. The Sublime Signature Facial, at one hour and thirty minutes, is built around each client's skin needs and includes a skin analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, treatment products selected for the client and facial massage. Depending on what the esthetician selects, the facial may also include ultrasonic exfoliation, ultrasound therapy, LED light therapy, microcurrent or high frequency, at no additional cost. A one-hour back cleansing facial and a teen facial are also offered; the teen facial is designed for teens dealing with breakouts or clogged pores and focuses on gentle cleansing, reducing congestion and building simple healthy skincare habits.

The waxing menu runs from quick upper lip and chin services to full body areas, including underarms, stomach, back, a full face wax covering brows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and jawline, and several bikini and Brazilian options. Bikini and Brazilian services are currently offered to female clients only. A gel mask can be added to a facial for ten minutes at ten dollars, and gift certificates are available for esthetician services.

Services are provided one-on-one in a private studio, and the business accepts a range of payment methods including major cards, digital wallets, Venmo, Zelle, cash and several buy-now-pay-later options. The studio is wheelchair accessible and free parking is available in the lot. Clients are asked to give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule.
