The salon's approach centers on treatments that bring out a client's natural look rather than changing it. Products are chosen for treatments and are described as natural, clean, organic and plant-based. The space is meant to feel calm and relaxing, a place to pause and reset.

Permanent makeup is a major focus, with microblading and microshading, hybrid brows, and ombre or powder brows. Microblading uses a blade-like tool to place pigment in fine, hair-like strokes, and iron oxide pigments are used because they fade over time and are absorbed by the skin. The artist helps match a pigment color to the client's brow hair and skin tone, and two or more pigments can be mixed. Touch-ups from 75 dollars to 300 dollars are priced by how long ago the last session was, and a 100 dollar consultation is credited toward treatment if booked. Brow lamination (lift), a 45-minute chemical treatment priced at 120 dollars, resets brow hairs into a new position and lasts about six weeks, and henna brow tint uses a vegan, all-natural Elleebana tint.

Facial menus include the Face Reality Acne Treatment for active acne, which begins with skin analysis and a facial, with at-home products recommended and sold separately. Other facials include Hydroglow, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a contour or tightening facial, and a Bespoke Full Glow Facial. Clients can book online or by contacting the salon, and the salon sells skincare and beauty products through an online shop.
