The business is open Tuesday through Saturday: Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients need freshly washed hair, blow-dried straight and free of oils or products, at least 3 inches long all around. All braiding hair is provided, and clients can pick their own color if they want one.
Booking takes a $25 deposit that is not refundable but goes toward the total. The balance is paid on arrival by cash, Apple Pay, debit or credit card. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, a $20 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and appointments are canceled after 20 minutes. Cancellations carry a 20% fee, and clients are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible to reschedule. Squeeze-ins cost an extra $35 and are on-call, so they cannot be guaranteed, and same-day or non-working-day bookings add $45. Parents enter the child's name when booking, and no extra guests are allowed unless one is accompanying a child as guardian. Some styles take longer depending on a child's needs, so appointments can run late.
