Every visit starts with a consultation that looks at how your hair sits when it is unstyled, along with your daily routine, so the cut and colour are planned around how you actually wear your hair. Clients are shown how to recreate their shape at home, and product suggestions are made only when a product would genuinely help.

The studio organises its services into cutting, colour, curl and texture, styling and glam, and extensions. Precision cuts are done dry in your natural texture, while curl and texture cuts are shaped wet to dry and cut along the hair's own curl pattern. Colour is mixed at the chair and adjusted to each client, from single process and grey blending to highlights and balayage.

Hours run Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00. The studio's stated focus is precision cutting, thoughtful colour, and hair that holds its shape between appointments.
