The consultation is free. Color correction is only booked with approval after a consultation and test strand, and a test strand is also recommended after at-home color, lightener or other chemical treatments.

Online booking is available. The studio is open Tuesday from 10 am to 7 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 am to 8 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and it is closed on Sunday and Monday. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full total. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Refunds are not offered, but adjustment requests can be made within 14 days of the appointment. Only clients receiving services may attend unless arranged otherwise.

Consultations and test strands come before color work, and services are planned around each client's hair condition and daily routine.
