Many services begin with a consultation, a 30-minute conversation before the appointment covering goals, hair history, lifestyle, budget and how much maintenance a client expects. A consultation must be completed before a tape-in install can be booked.

Natural hair services range from a 30-minute cut only to longer sessions. A deep condition treatment takes about 1.5 hours and includes a wash and a short session under a hooded dryer, with blow dry as an option. A wash, blow dry and trim session runs 1.5 hours. The silk press takes about 2 hours and combines a wash, blow dry, pressing to a straight finish and a trim, which can be skipped without a price change. Body curls can be added to a silk press but must be requested at booking. A sleek low ponytail, also about 2 hours, adds extensions to the ponytail; hair is not included, and the style is expected to last one to two weeks at most.

Quick weaves are available with a leave-out, as a half-up, half-down style needing three bundles for fullness, or with a sewn-down closure. Each takes about 2.5 hours and includes a wash and blow dry, with conditioning for the half-up, half-down version. Hair is not provided, and clients should detangle their hair before the appointment.

Tape-in services cover a full install of about 3 hours, which uses three to four packs for a natural look and generally lasts six to eight weeks. Maintenance takes about 2 hours and is recommended every two to three weeks. Removal takes about 1.5 hours and includes proper take-down, a wash, blow dry and trim if needed. A 30-minute retape drop-off replaces old tape and washes the hair; previously removed tape-ins should be left at the time of removal or dropped off 72 hours before the appointment.

Wig services include a wig braid down with no install, about 1.5 hours, which sets 8 to 10 straight back braids to be worn under a wig, with a deep condition available as an add-on. Closure and frontal wig installs each take about 2.5 hours. Hair is not provided for these, and HD or transparent lace is preferred. Wigs must be new, not previously cut or worn, and should be brought one to three days before the service because same-day customization affects the result.
