The menu is broad. Cuts include adult haircuts, kids cuts for ages 11 and under, VIP haircuts, bang trims and cut-and-blowdry styles, along with barbering such as beard trims. Color ranges from retouches and toners to partial and full highlights, lowlights, balayage and ombre. Styling options include silk presses, flat ironing, shampoo sets and updos. Treatments include conditioning, relaxers, perms and a smoothing treatment, and the salon also offers eyebrow tinting, a full face wax and other waxing.

Guests who are unsure what they need can start with a free color consultation of about 20 minutes, or a free 30-minute extension consultation. Braid consultations are offered at a price that varies, and conditioning consultations include a hair assessment, with the price set by the treatment needed.

Groupon offers are available for full color, full and partial highlights, and shampoo haircuts, with and without a conditioning treatment. Groupons can be purchased in the salon with a screenshot of the Groupon paid in store. Groupon color services must be booked at least one week ahead, and same-week appointments are canceled automatically. Color services cannot be booked for the same day, so guests who need an immediate appointment should call the salon.
