Color services include semi color, semi color enhancing, single process, double process and full highlights. Single process, double process and highlights are booked with a color consultation first, and the double process and highlights services include a style. Semi color enhancing is a short service meant to add shine to existing color.
The extension menu covers traditional installs, microlink and I-tip installs, tape-in consultations, braidless sew-ins and a range of quickweave styles, including seamless quickweaves, closure quickweaves and ponytail styles. Microlink and I-tip clients book a consultation first, which is a nonrefundable fee and is where pricing is discussed. For that consultation, hair must be blown out or flat-ironed straight with no weaves or braids in place.
Retightening appointments are offered for microlinks and I-tips, which are reinstalled using the same hair after a set period. Regular clients on a three to four week schedule can book a shorter service that includes shampoo, deep conditioning, a trim and a blow-out. Silk presses are recommended every six to eight weeks, or sooner if no trim or conditioning treatment has happened in four to six weeks.
A booking fee is required to book an appointment. Retail sales are final, with returns or exchanges accepted only for products that arrive defective or damaged, and only when customer service is contacted within 48 hours of receipt.
The business also sells DeeLux Weave Collection Yaki hair, DeeLux Weave Collection Premium Brazilian hair and DeeLux Raw Vietnamese bundles, with listed prices in the range of $30 to $185 depending on the product.
