The weave menu includes a quick weave and a Fulani quick-weave. For the Fulani quick-weave, clients need to confirm hair options with the stylist beforehand. Sleek ponytails and a silk press round out the services.

Each service has an estimated appointment length, from about an hour and 15 minutes for men's stitch braids to about 8 hours and 45 minutes for small Boho knotless braids, so clients can plan their day. Booking requires a $45 deposit paid through Zelle or Apple Pay, and the remaining balance is paid in cash or Zelle. Without the deposit, the appointment is cancelled.

The business is open Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair free of oils for most services. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice by email or text. There is a 10-minute grace period, a $25 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and appointments are cancelled if the client is more than 25 minutes late. Same-day or squeeze-in appointments carry an additional $50 charge.
