Braid prices are listed by style and by length or size, from knotless braids for children ages 4 to 13 through large knotless, lemonade, ombre and half-up half-down styles, and into bohemian options such as rod-end, mermaid and bob styles. Small bohemian braids start at $350 and take at least 480 minutes. Touch-ups are available for ear-to-ear knotless work and perimeter repairs, and both require some hair to be prepared before the visit. Extra colors, including highlights and custom color blends, are $25, and a travel service to the client's location is $30.

Clients are asked to arrive with their hair detangled, dry and blown out. Bohemian styles require the client to supply two packs of Dream Weaver Micro or Fretress hair, while hair for knotless and other braids is provided. Appointment times are estimates rather than fixed finish times, so clients should plan for extra time. Changes to a style cannot be made the day before or the day of the appointment, and a $10 fee applies to a style change requested within that window. Clients who will be late should let the stylist know, even by five minutes. A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours ahead to keep the deposit, and rebooking after a cancellation requires a new deposit.
