The menu is wide for textured hair, with a strong set of services for locs, twists, silk presses, and steam and scalp care. Many of the services include steam treatment, scalp massage or a conditioning step, and the listing for each one spells out what is included and how long it takes.

New clients, and clients who have not been seen in a year or more, are asked to book a $25 consultation, about 30 minutes, before certain color, relaxer and loc services. The consultation is a meet and greet to talk through hair goals. Starter Locs also require a consultation first.

Some styling services do not include shampoo or conditioning, so clients need to add that when booking. Prices are subject to change. A credit card must be kept on file at booking, and the card is charged half the service price for cancellations, no-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations. Children under 12 are not allowed in the salon, and children 12 and over may receive services. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Cash App and cash. Clients can ask in their booking notes not to be recorded during their session.
