Loc services run from a consultation and test loc through retwists, retights, interlocking on traditional locs, and micro locs. The studio offers a two-day micro loc interlocking method, which is priced by length and density, and micro locs with permanent extensions made with human hair. New clients booking loc work are asked to start with a consultation, where the technique, tester locs and pricing are discussed. Loc detox and style-only visits are also available.

Braiding and protective styles include knotless braids in large, medium and small sizes, boho knotless, half-knotless and feed-in combinations, box braids, plaits, poetic and triangle-part plaits, crochet, cornrows and braided ponytails and buns. Prices are listed as starting points, since length, size and chosen style affect the final cost.

Bridal and event options include a bridal trial run, day-of bridal hair with natural statement makeup and lashes, a package for a bridal party of four, and a bride-plus-wedding-party package that covers the bride and five women with full statement makeup. Makeup comes in a light natural version with 3D lashes and a full version with 5D lashes. The portfolio also lists a makeup class.

Booking requires attention to a few policies. Some services take a deposit, and new clients are charged deposits on several loc services. A no-call, no-show is charged 30% of the service price, and cancellations made without 24 hours' notice are charged 20%. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
