The menu covers a wide range of braiding. Knotless braids come in several sizes, from Large to Small, with hair included in most listings. Feed-in and stitch braids run from simple natural two-stitch styles up to 10 or more braids. Other braid styles include Fulani, French curl, Bantu crown, side part, and Cassidy braids. Twists and locs include retwists, natural twists, Passion Twists, Miracle Knots, and Boho Soft Locs. Weaves include quick weaves, sew-ins, and quick weaves paired with braids. Add-ons include beads, extra length, a costume color blend for braided styles, extra Boho hair, and a take-down service for styles done elsewhere. Hair trims and lash clusters are also offered.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, with Monday and Sunday closed. Evening sessions run on weekdays, and Friday and Saturday have daytime openings. A non-refundable deposit is required for every service: $20 for most braiding and twist work and $5 for lash clusters. Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours ahead or they are cancelled. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 30% fee, and no-shows carry a 50% fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late adds a $15 late fee, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels the booking with a 30% fee. Unpaid fees can lead to a permanent booking ban. Final payments are taken in cash or by Zelle, and gift card sales are final.

Clients can book house calls within Arizona for a $150 fee. Travel appointments carry a $100 travel fee that must be added to the booked service. Requests from outside Arizona need to be made directly. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
