Appointments are booked through the business's online booking site. A non-refundable deposit is required and is applied to the service cost. Payment is taken at the end of the visit by cash, credit or debit card. If a preferred time isn't shown online, clients can text to ask about an opening.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, and an extra $10 is charged when someone arrives 15 minutes late. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 25% of the service price. Guests who are not clients are not permitted in the service area during appointments.
