Visits usually start with a 30-minute virtual Zoom Healthy Hair Consultation for $30, which is required before booking with the stylist. The signature service is a silk press that includes shampoo, deep conditioning, blow dry and silk press, taking about 90 minutes and starting at $150. The Healthy Hair Package, at $287 and 120 minutes, pairs a shampoo and customized conditioning treatment with the silk press and a trim. Clients who are new or have been away three months or more are not offered the signature silk press. A scalp detox that balances pH and removes build-up is priced at $187 and is recommended monthly.

The salon handles color from lifting and all-over processes to touch-ups and quick highlights, plus relaxers, including a full-head Virgin Relaxer and a New Growth Relaxer, styling for previously relaxed hair, and keratin smoothing. The Silkout Smoothing Treatment is a one-day keratin option with no curing time, suggested for clients who mostly wear their hair straight.

Bridal clients can book a Wedding Package for $1,000 that includes updos, curls or waves with premium Indian wavy hair extensions, with travel and on-location work priced separately.
