The salon operates as a rental-only space, and its stylists work as independent renters, so each professional runs their own books within the shared room. The team includes owners Karen and Kristy alongside stylists, an extension specialist and a makeup artist.

Color services cover toners, root color, all-over color, partial and full highlights, balayage, and fantasy color, which requires a consultation first. Extension work includes hand-tied weft extensions blended into natural hair for added length or volume, along with move-ups and removal.

Makeup application and lash add-ons are offered, though makeup cannot be booked online and must be requested through the contact page. On-site styling for bridal parties and other special occasions is available after a consultation with a stylist. A complimentary consultation can be arranged for any service by contacting the salon.

Listed prices are starting points and can change depending on how the stylist customizes the appointment. Extension prices do not include the cost of hair, and first-time extension clients need a complimentary consultation before booking. New guests are asked to complete the new client form before arriving and to arrive at least five minutes early for a consultation with their stylist.

Parking is available behind the salon, on 8th Street, and in the parking structure off 9th Street. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm, with the salon closed on Sundays. Guests more than 15 minutes late may be charged a cancellation fee and may not be accommodated, appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full booked price.
