A visit is unhurried and private. Clients can talk through what they want from their hair or simply relax during the appointment. The suite provides complimentary beverages and snacks, a charging station, warm towels, scalp care, and hair steam treatments. Tools and service areas are sanitized between clients. Booking is done online with no login or app download and confirms instantly; booking at least 24 hours ahead is recommended.

The menu covers cuts for women and men, styling and formal updos for weddings and events, color from partial and full foil highlights to balayage, root and glaze refreshes, extensions, keratin and straightening treatments, and brow and lip waxing. Several services are grouped into packages. Some color, smoothing, and extension services require a consultation first, and prices listed are starting prices that can change with hair length, density, condition, and product use.

Free parking is directly in front of the building, including handicap-accessible spaces. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 3 PM; the salon is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a 50% fee. The salon also runs a loyalty stamp program, a referral credit for new clients, and sells e-gift cards and physical gift cards usable toward any service.

Appointments begin with learning about each client's hair, daily routine, and goals, aiming for looks that are polished and practical to keep up at home. The relaxed private suite is designed for both conversation and rest.
