The menu covers color, from gloss refreshes and touch-ups for new growth and gray coverage to single process and custom partial color. Extension work includes traditional, flip-over, versatile and closure sew-ins, quick weaves, tape-ins and clip-ins, along with removal and maintenance visits. Hair services include silk presses, relaxers, Olaplex and steam treatments, conditioning and trims, and a smoothing treatment. Wig installs are offered in U-part and full formats. A sleek ponytail service is available, and the studio recommends the Milky Way Pure or Saga hair brands for it.

Clients can book a consultation for color, hair or styling before committing to a service. If the consultation is followed by a booking, its fee is applied to the service total. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged half the service price. Deposits are non-refundable but go toward the service when the client arrives as scheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and Wednesday and Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
