Foil options include face, bridge, partial and full foil, along with low lights, toner, vivid colors, root touch-ups and bleach services. Ombré and balayage can be booked as a full service or as a touch-up, and a platinum card service is listed for lightening. Appointment lengths are posted for each service, from about an hour for toner to four hours for a full ombré or balayage, so clients can plan their visit.

Extension services include installs, re-taping and move-ups, plus tinsel hair extensions, which are priced separately. The re-tape service includes removing the extensions, a shampoo and blow-dry, and reinstalling them with a style. Keratin smoothing is offered in heatless and thermal versions. A 15-minute consultation to discuss a hair goal is offered at no charge.

New clients may be asked for a deposit of $20 to $50, depending on the service, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged 80% of the service fee to the card on file. Arrivals are held for a 10-minute grace period, and arriving more than 10 minutes late without contacting the salon counts as a no-show. Same-day, non-medical cancellations require a $50 deposit charged to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is closed on Tuesdays. Monday hours are 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday run 10 AM to 11 PM, Friday runs 10 AM to 10:30 PM, Saturday runs 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday runs 10 AM to 6 PM.
