Color is the main focus. The menu covers single-process color, root touch-ups that also cover grey, a men's grey blending service, vivid fashion shades on pre-lightened hair, gloss and toner, faceframe and full foils, painted balayage for a graduated look, and bleach-out lightening toward lighter blonde tones. Most color services include a blowdry, and several can be paired with gloss or toner add-ons. Listed color prices are starting rates, and chemical services carry a product charge based on how much color is used.

Hair services include men's, women's and kids' cuts (kids' cuts are for ages 13 and younger), edge-ups and undercut shape-ups, blowdries, haircut-and-blowdry combinations, flat iron or curling add-ons, updos for events, a keratin treatment, hydrating conditioning treatments, an extractor treatment for buildup from artificial color or chlorine, braiding, and hair extension installs for tape-ins, beaded wefts and clip-ins. Braiding prices vary with the style chosen. Extension installs need a consultation first when the client is not bringing their own hair.

Consultations are free and run about 30 minutes. They are used to talk through styles, colors, color correction, extensions or test strands, and the studio gives an estimate for future services. A separate wedding consultation covers hair and makeup, pricing, location and scheduling a trial. Lash lifts and tints and eyebrow, lip and chin waxing are also offered.

Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. If a client shows up after that, the appointment can be canceled and a 20% service fee applies. Missed appointments without notice are charged 20% of the service total. Clients with an unpaid balance can be prevented from booking until it is settled. Gift cards cannot be refunded or passed to another person. Accepted payment methods are cash, Zelle, and credit or debit cards.
