Extensions are a major part of the work. The salon installs sew-in weft, K-tip and tape-in extensions. Extension consultations are free, last 30 minutes, and end with a price quote for the client to take home. A halo extension consultation costs $10 and also runs 30 minutes; according to the salon, halo consultations are offered only in certified salons. A sew-in weft move-up within four weeks is $85 and is not available after six weeks. Sew-in weft installation removes and reinstalls existing sew-ins, is priced at $165 per hour, and usually takes two to three hours.

Outside color and extensions, the salon offers women's haircuts from $80 including wash, cut and style, dry cuts for $50, and a detailed haircut add-on for $50 that pairs with a color service. Styling includes blowouts for $55, straightening or curling for $30, and updos starting at $100 for prom and wedding looks. Treatments include a keratin complex treatment starting at $350, which may cost more depending on hair density and length, and several scalp add-ons, from a $10 conditioning treatment to a $50 deluxe scalp treatment.

Deposits are required for several services, ranging from $20 to $100. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours carry a 50 percent fee, and no-shows are charged in full. The salon does not offer refunds but will fix minor concerns. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
