Haircuts include clipper cuts, scissor cuts and a lower-priced kids' cut, plus a neck shave and bang trim for a quick tidy-up between appointments. Styling options cover blowouts, upstyles and braids, and extension services include a move-up, a consultation and a full install that is priced by the job and listed at 240 minutes or more.

Treatments include a mini conditioning service, an extended deep conditioning and a scalp treatment. Waxing covers the chin, lip, eyebrows and full face.

Booking is done online. Hours are listed as Tuesday 10 AM to 1:30 PM, Wednesday 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 8:30 PM, with Monday, Thursday and Saturday closed. New clients may be asked for a deposit on some services, and Vivid Color requires a $50 deposit for new clients. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
