The salon charges a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment.

The color menu runs from single-process color and gloss or toner to partial, half and full-head highlights, balayage and lightener root touch-ups. Single color is priced from $125 with $10 added for each extra bowl of color. Color corrections, which cover work done outside a salon, removing chemical lightening, and clearing hard water or medication buildup, are charged at $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum, starting at $300, and require a consultation and a non-refundable $100 deposit. Vivid and fashion colors follow the same hourly structure.

Extensions are offered as K-tip keratin-bonded strands, which the salon says last five to eight months with proper care, and as machine-tied, hand-tied or genius wefts priced per row. Clients who bring their own hair for a weft install need to supply human remy hair. An Extension Consultation, which is free, looks at hair density and texture and talks through the best method.

For hair that has been damaged, the salon offers several Olaplex options, from a stand-alone chelating treatment and a 4-in-1 mask to bond repair and combined cut-and-treatment services. A K-18 molecular repair treatment is also available. Formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout and smoothing services are offered on color-treated hair, and the salon notes these last up to 12 weeks.

Men's services include a Men's Cut & Beard that adds a shampoo, basic style and straight razor edge-up, along with beard trims, beard work with a hot towel and moisturizing mask, and beard color that blends grey. The menu also includes waxing for brows, lip and chin, full-face makeup, locs maintenance, cornrows, silk press and special occasion updos.
