Work spans extensions and extension maintenance, lace services, color, men's services, natural hair, and ponytail and updo styling. Clients who have questions about a service can book a consultation, and free virtual consultations can be requested by texting the business number.

Lace services require clients to bring their own lace material, which should be new and manageable; HD and transparent lace are recommended. Hair for lace services is dropped off two to four days before the appointment, depending on the service. Same-day color and customizing appointments are not offered, and services not listed on the booking site may not be available.

Appointments carry a Sunday up-charge of $35. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, while arrivals 15 to 25 minutes late must reschedule. Missed appointments without a phone call require a 50% deposit on the next booked service, and deposits are credited toward the booked service. Guests who are not being serviced are not permitted to attend. Clients with hair loss or other disability-related needs are asked to book a consultation first.
