Protective styles include box braids, cornrows with twists, Marley and spring twists, crochet installs and faux locs, with several options where the hair is included in the price and some where clients bring their own. Micro braids, micro twists and micro locs are offered in a range of lengths, and Insta Loc extensions and micro interlocks are also on the list. Durations run from about 20 minutes for a consultation to around 12 hours for the longest installs.

Some services need a consultation before booking, and that fee is non-refundable but applied to the balance after the service. Many services also take a deposit at booking, from $50 to $200. Clients can reschedule one appointment without a penalty. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations incur a 20% fee. Booking fees carry over to future appointments rather than being refunded.

The salon is open seven days a week, with shorter hours on Monday and longer evening hours on Friday and Saturday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and they are final sale.
