Services cover traditional loc care: washing, conditioning, moisturizing, palm-rolling, twisting and styling. Loc appointments open with a conversation about loc concerns and at-home care, and end with a maintenance schedule set for the client. Options range from a short consultation and loc trims to detox soaks, retwists with styling, starter locs and Marley work.

Starter locs are limited to traditional two-strand locs and coils, using natural grid or bricklayer parting. Loc extensions, sisterlocs, micro, interlocs and instant locs are not offered. A starter loc consultation is required first, and clients must be 18 or older.

Booking is handled entirely online. Questions can be sent by text. Deposits go toward the service and are non-refundable. Clients can cancel until 24 hours before an appointment; no-shows and cancellations inside that window are charged the full fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Regular hours run Monday through Friday with Tuesday closing early and the studio closed on weekends. Requests for times outside those hours are sent by text, with replies taking up to 24 hours; an approved time appears on the booking site and must be booked within 4 hours.
