Color work centers on low-maintenance custom color for brunettes. Options include balayage, traditional foil highlights run from root to ends, glossing and toner for added tone and shine, and color retouches that cover grays and regrowth without lightener for existing clients on a regular schedule. Color pricing depends on the time, length, density and detail of each custom color. Color services and haircuts both include a cleansing, conditioning and blowout.

Haircuts cover reshaping an existing cut, trimming split ends, and longer or thicker hair that needs extra time. New guests can book a New Guest Cut, which includes a consultation about hair history, challenges and daily routine, followed by a personalized plan. Blowouts are also offered on their own, and conditioning treatments can be added.

New guests send an appointment request that is reviewed and approved, then receive a digital consultation form within 72 hours where they can upload photos and describe their hair. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, fully dry hair for color appointments and to come without children, partners or friends, since the salon can be busy and lobby seating is limited. Food is permitted during longer services and a snack basket is available. Each client gets a long-term hair care plan, new concerns are discussed at every appointment, and a follow-up is made within 7 days after a visit.
