Color work begins with an in-person consultation, which costs $25 and takes 30 minutes. A strand test is done when needed before any color service. New clients booking Full Custom Blonding, Dimensional Custom Color or Double Process Color are asked for a $100 deposit.

The studio offers custom balayage and highlight work, a low-maintenance dimensional color with a natural finish, a retouch for previous balayage or highlights on half the head, and Double Process Color for shades such as reds, coppers and light browns. Solid color suits virgin hair or going darker, and a gloss refreshes existing color or deepens it.

Cuts include a standard haircut for short to medium hair, a version with extra time for hair past mid-back, and a short cut for hair at collarbone length and up, all with a wash and style. Blowouts are also offered. Add-ons include a haircut for clients who booked a solid color or gloss, a K18 treatment described as restoring strength and hydration and repairing broken bonds, and a deep conditioning treatment for nourishment and shine.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
