Several services have specific rules. The All Over Color is a single permanent solid color for clients going darker, and lighter changes need a message first. Fashion Color requires previous lightening. The Signature Cut and Style includes a deep conditioning mask, and the Hair Treatments can be a custom mask for repair, moisture or protein, or the Luxe Treatment with a scalp massage.
Booking terms are set out on the salon's policies. There is a 50% fee for no-shows and a 20% fee for cancellations made within 24 hours. Clients who arrive 20 minutes late without contacting the salon are treated as no-shows and must reschedule. Hair concerns must be raised within 3 days of the appointment, and adjustments are made at no cost; refunds on services are not issued. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
