The Full Package is the core color service: bleach, a custom toner and melt, a treatment of the client's choice, and a cut, shampoo, blow dry and style. It starts at $200, takes six to eight hours, and is charged by service time. The Toner Package suits hair that has been bleached before or is naturally light, takes two to three hours, and starts at $80, with the final price depending on hair length and thickness.

New guests fill out a digital consultation form before their first appointment, and the first in-salon visit opens with a 15-minute consultation. Requests sent Saturday through Monday are answered on Tuesday, and replies during the work week go out within 24 hours. New guests are usually seen within two to three weeks, and guests with limited availability may wait up to 12 weeks. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations may lead to being banned from future bookings.

Treatments can only be added to a full package, toner, color service, or wash and style. Extension pricing is set after a consultation.
