Hair services cover blonding and highlights, creative color and transformations, lived-in color and balayage, precision haircuts, bridal and formal styling, and custom hair extensions. Photography offerings are editorial and portrait work, headshots, and photoshoots.

Appointments are booked online through a Vagaro profile. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, Wednesday from 11:30am to 8pm, Friday from 11:30am to 6pm and Saturday from 11:30am to 7pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price.

The work centers on creativity, individuality and a look that feels personal to each client, with the aim of helping people feel good about themselves and more confident. Brittney says she values the trust clients place in her and builds relationships during appointments.

Hair history, condition and maintenance goals are considered before any color service.
