Every service includes a professional consultation. Clients who are not sure which service suits them can book a Zoom consultation before coming in. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Booking runs through the website or by calling or texting. A $100 salon deposit can be paid to secure or hold an appointment, and deposits are non-refundable. Services need 24 hours' notice to cancel and are not refunded. Products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, though they are not refunded either. Package services carry a 6-month guarantee, and coupons and promotions cannot be combined and apply only to services performed by Kimberly Grant.
The studio also sells necklaces, bracelets, belts and body jewelry through an online boutique, priced from $79 to $280, and gift cards are available on the website. The studio does not guarantee an exact match to inspiration photos and is not responsible for damaged hair or faded color.
Each service begins with a consultation, and the owner does the hands-on work for clients.
