Root color is planned for four to six weeks after a previous color, while a glaze refresh suits color done within six to eight weeks. Clients who have gone four months or more without a visit can book the Transformation Package, which includes a glaze, cut and blowout.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Clients should arrive on time, since arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean the full service cannot be done while the booked amount is still charged. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and changes made inside that window are charged at 50% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final. Cash is preferred, though credit card is also accepted. Clients should attend alone. Children's cuts are only available to children of current clients, and new children's cuts are not being accepted.

Services are built as timed packages that bundle color, glaze, cut and blowout, with prices that adjust for hair length, thickness and the amount of color needed.
