Curly hair is the salon's main focus. Education on at-home care and styling is a major part of a first curly cut appointment. Whether hair is cut before or after washing and styling depends on curl type, so each appointment is tailored to the guest. Guests are asked to gather inspiration photos of people with hair similar to their own before coming in.

Beyond curly work, the menu includes color services such as glosses, root retouches, partial and full highlights, highlight and lowlight, all over color and fashion color. Fashion color is priced after a consultation. Hair services include deep conditioning, a detox treatment, detangling, blowouts, a blowout with press, and traditional and clipper haircuts. Smaller trims for bangs and neck are offered as well.

For color appointments, a consultation is required, and guests are asked to share the last three years of chemical processing to their hair, such as color, relaxers, keratin or perms. Olaplex or K18 is used in every color and lightening service, and a conditioning treatment is included.

Style Suite tailors each curly appointment to the guest, starting with a detailed consultation and teaching at-home care so clients can maintain their curls between visits.
